Team Lead, Web Designer, Full Stack Developer

I'm responsible for the technical side of Thrive Solutions projects: from structure and design to JS and PHP code. As Team Lead I run the development team; as a designer and Full Stack developer I build websites and services that work fast, are convenient for the client, and bring in leads. I connect the website, analytics, and advertising into a single system and make sure every project delivers results in numbers.

My role in the project

I work with projects of varying complexity: landing pages, multi-page and corporate websites, online stores, web platforms, and solutions with 3D. I take on the project as a whole, from structure and design to code, so nothing breaks or gets lost at the seam between layout and development, and the client gets a coherent product rather than a set of disconnected parts.

I write frontend and backend in JS and PHP, build responsive layouts for any screen, and connect forms, payments, CRM, and analytics systems into a single setup. As Team Lead I run a team of designers and developers: I assign tasks, review code quality, and keep deadlines and priorities under control, so the project comes together smoothly and ships on time without chaos on the final day.

For me, a website is a working business tool, not a picture. I keep an eye on load speed, stability, and security, check every detail before launch, and leave the product in a state that's easy to maintain and develop further. I don't leave the little things for later: I test the work on different devices and bring the project to a state where it runs stably and brings in leads, rather than coming back with edits every week.
